Nicole is interested in identifying mechanisms that may exert an influence on identities (e.g., parenting, rurality), perceptions, and relationships from an attachment framework. In particular, she is fascinated by factors such as stress and self-conscious emotions (e.g. guilt, shame) that may influence our cognitive frameworks, or the way we perceive information.
